Terrible app. Will give you the trouble codes but doesnt tell you what they mean. The app crashes all the time and then has to reconnect to the adapter. Good for clearing the check engine light and not much else.

Worked for me. Wifi connect to ELM327. Be patient. Read and cleared codes no charge.

This is really the only app that works with my el cheepo Hong Kong elm327 wifi knockoff. I have downloaded about 15 wifi apps and only a few recognize the elm and provide a very limited amount of data transfer. CarDoctor loads quickly, talks to the elm, downloads almost all the available engine parameters, fault codes, and turns off the warning lights. It is by far the best app available. I have spent hours trying to get this p.o.s. wifi unit to get reliable data and finally found an app that works. Thank you CarDoctor.

I just this app with a eBay wifi adapter . Clears and reads my codes fast . Via 2003 civic hybrid

Bought cheap VeePeak WiFi OBD2 off Amazon. Works great, reads most sensors with 2014 Honda in real time. Connects fast, reads fast. Better than Carista, which also worked with cheapo adapter but was very very slow. This app seems well written. And free besides... May buy Pro because its cheap and support people helping us not have to pay car dealers to read codes.

Connected in seconds. Didnt need to change wifi parameters. Nothing fancy, but it works. Doesnt show make/model but shows VIN and system info well. Looks like you can record data and share it. Nice. My maintenance light is on but I see nothing about it in the app. Its my oil nag light but would feel better if it said something about it.

I just used the free version on my 97 ram 3500 5.9L. It will not wifi iPhone 6 connect unless engine is running. The free version doesnt display existing stored obdll codes. I can use the MIL to read odb groups with the on-off key feature. I will update this review after further testing. I like the features but giving the free version a 3 since it is not displaying existing obdll dtc. Vehicle has on/off key feature to use engine light to display obdll group codes.
