- Your connected car with inCarDoc OBD2 Scanner -

Check Engine, car diagnostics, scanning, monitoring, and logbook tool: reads real-time and stored diagnostics parameters from ECU of OBD2 compliant cars.

Note!!! Requires ELM327 or compatible OBD2 adapter. Supported: OBD2 (WiFi, Kiwi 3 (BLE), iCar 3 (BLE). Read more at site http://incardoc.com

Car diagnostics:

inCarDoc OBD2 | ELM327 Scanner works as fault code scanner: read Check Engine (MIL) state, details, related freeze frame data, find descriptions, and clean stored diagnostic trouble codes (DTC). Store and share diagnostics data when looking for a professional service/repair assistance. Please note that the app supports only parameters and ECUs specified with OBD2 standard, which is Engine and Emission systems.

Real-time parameters:

Reads real-time engine and vehicle OBD2 parameters from car’s sensors: speed, rotation (rpm), coolant temperature, pressure, lambda, and multiple other sensors data supported by your car. Supported chart drawing and analog/digital widgets presentation. Please note that the exact list of exposed parameters depends on your car make/model/year.

Economizer:

Special mode for presenting and tracking the car’s fuel economy/consumption. Allows presenting both in-drive (instant and average MPG) as well as per trip, per day, and other statistics. Please note, that feature available when appropriate economy parameters (MAF or MAP+IAT+RPM) supported in your car. For correct calculation, you may need to enter proper Engine displacement (in cubic cm) and volumetric efficiency (in %, the default is 80).

Other features:

• logbook notes: fueling, service records, car maintenance, diagnostics
• GPS parameters: speed, altitude
• register and upload data to web
• console mode: for advanced users, direct OBD2 and ELM327 commands sending
• use custom configurations for non-standard parameters and protocols

- More features with inCarDoc PRO -

Pros and cons of inCarDoc OBD2 ELM327 Scanner app for iPhone and iPad

inCarDoc OBD2 ELM327 Scanner app good for

Used it with Super Wifi OBD 2 mini off Amazon and it worked great! Able to get all kinds of diagnostics without paying for premium. May purchase in future. Ill rewrite full purchased review of app if I do.
Purchased wifi obd 2 plug from Amazon came with a qr scan code to down load obd car doctor from the App Store for iOS downloaded it followed instructions and it works great offers real time parameters as the description states definitely worth it.
If all you need is to read and/or clear the codes, look no further, at the price of $0 it wont get any better then this. A BIG thank you for this app. Works great with elm327
The map doesnt have any detail for the information being recorded. It only shows a colored line ranging from green to red. Thats it. No numbers or anything. It would be better if it had exact details for every gps update. Like a pin where the gps updated, which you can then press the pin and be taken to a new screen that has the information being recorded. Also, if the map could have google satellite images layover. That would be better as well. The interface is a little bland. An iOS 9 and 10 menu style look would be an interesting style update. Other than that, the app does its job.
Used this with an iEGeek wifi OBD2 adapter and it worked great to pull the CEL code from my Lexus is300. I was considering ODB Fusion or Dashcommand, but why pay for what this app does for free?
Purchased a hikeren mini obd2 wifi from Amazon, this free version works great on my iPhone 6! Reads and Clears codes, and will show you any individual values your ecu will supply. Pro version only if you want to read more than one value at the same time, and some other extras

Some bad moments

I was able to connect it to my 2005 Sienna, but it says "no data" for every metric, even those it self-reports as supporting for my vehicle. Moving on to Dash Command which works much better with my 2005 Toyota Sienna and iPhone 6.
Dont waste your time with this. Must purchase Pro version if you want it to do anything.
The free basic version connects to your OBD II sensor and then does ... absolutely nothing! Zilch. Nada. No graphs, no diagnostics, no displays. At least the other free apps display some basic parameters. All this one does is offer you to buy a subscription.
It works fine, reads all parameters including DTC codes but does NOT turn off engine light.
Just plug the wifi obd scanner, setylup wifi, and start app. It is simple, but works perfect.
The app seems to be working sort of. It reads my ECM error code but will not clear it.

Usually inCarDoc OBD2 ELM327 Scanner iOS app used & searched for

sports engine, sportsengine, reading light, diagnostic, sport engine, scanner obd2, and other. So, download free inCarDoc OBD2 ELM327 Scanner .ipa to run this nice iOS application on iPhone and iPad.
